How to Quote Pricing or Refer Applicants or Residents to a Sister Site

You can quote prospects or current residents' availability for any Olympus Community.  You can also refer the prospect guest card to the sister site. Quoting for a sister site – Choose a property from the drop-down menu.

If you don’t see the property, please create a ticket in the Olympus Support Desk.

Choosing Harper for example: 

You can also refer a prospect or current resident looking to transfer, to a sister site.

Refer to Sister Site > Choose Property(s) > Click Save

**Referring Prospects or Residents to a sister site will send guest card information.  It does not transfer any of their screenings, docs, etc.  Also, if the prospect or resident is already created at the Sister Site in OneSite, you won't be able to refer their data.
