This article will cover how to setup Multi-Factor Authentication with Concur. 

Concur has enabled MFA and their support has confirmed that enrollment is mandatory, so you will need to set it up the next time you login through the web portal. 

1. Head to the SAP Concur portal for Olympus at this link: Sign in to Concur | Concur Solutions 

2. Enter your email address and password as normal. 

3. Once that's done, you will see a new screen:

4. Once you see this screen, you will need your phone. Open the Authenticator application on your phone. 

5. Once in the Authenticator application, press the + sign at the top right of the screen. If you don't see the + sign, then hit the < sign at the top left to go back to the home screen. 

6. It will ask what type of account are you adding, select "Other (Google, Facebook, etc.)". 

7. It will then ask to access your camera. Once it does, scan the QR code that is displayed on your screen (as shown in step 3, but scan the code from the website, not my screenshot). 

8. Once the code is scanned, your account details will automatically display and you'll see a 6-digit code. Type that code, without the space, into the Concur window and then it will login.
