How to Manage Technicians in OneSite

Managing Technicians allows you to setup your team members and outside vendors in order to assign service requests accordingly.  

Administration > Facilities > Maintenance Staff > Manage Technicians

Click New to add a person or vendor - You can also edit or disable technician options here as well.
