Apartment List has introduced cross-sold billing. Starting 2023, if a prospect reaches out via Apartment List to one of your sister properties, but then ends up signing a lease at your community, we will still be liable for paying this invoice. New invoices will include verbiage about when the first lead was submitted and which property the initial lead was delivered too.
