How to Fix Your Computer Settings When Your Action Menu in OneSite is Blank

 

When viewing an Applicant, Resident or Service Request and the Actions column on the left is blank.

 

 

 

Cause of this issue: The issue is caused by an environmental issue on the computer.

 

 

Try clearing you cache and cookies:

 

Google Chrome

 

Option 1. Actions to take in order to delete cache and cookies on the Chrome browser in your

computer using browser actions:

1. Open Chrome

2. On your browser toolbar, click on Customize and control Google Chrome

3. Point to More tools, and then click Clear browsing data

4. In the Clear browsing data box, check Cookies and other site and plug-in

data and Cached images and files

5. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Choose All

Time to delete everything.

6. Click Clear browsing data

 

Option 2. Actions to take in order to delete cache and cookies on the Chrome browser in your

computer using the shortcut key:

1. Press Ctrl + H on the keyboard

2. Click on Clear Browsing Data on the left column

3. Choose Advanced tab

4. Select All Time for Time range on the dropdown

5. Check only on both Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files

6. Click on Clear Data

 

Edge

To clear cache and cookies in Edge

1. Select the 3 dots (. . . ) on the upper right of Edge

2. Select History

3. Select Clear History

4. Check the following:

     • Browsing History

     • Cookies and saved website data

     • Cached data and files

5.Click Clear

6. Close Edge and Re-open

 

Safari

To clear cache and cookies in Safari:

1. Open Safari

2. Click on the Safari drop-down menu and select Preferences.

3. Click the Advanced tab. Select the Show Develop menu in menu bar checkbox and close

the Preferences window.

4. Select the Develop drop-down menu.

5. Click Empty Cache.

6. Select Preferences from the Safari menu

7. Go to the Privacy tab

8. Select Manage all website data

9. Search "Ops" then highlight (you can select other website)

10. Click Remove
