6. This service was NOT negotiated or purchased through Telcon, and they do not manage the billing. We pay the bills directly via check from the home office on receipt of the invoice each month.

Section 3 - What to do & When
1. If the internet service is down, call Spectrum Support directly first. If you can't get ahold of them, log into the portal and enter a ticket.
A. To enter a ticket, go to the Tickets tab on the right and click Create Ticket
2. If Spectrum says their modem is online, call Chris Moyer at Tandem Data.
