Spend Management > Today Page > Image Inbox Errors

Invoices that land in your Image Inbox Errors are invoices that are either: not actual invoices, online invoices being uploaded offline, an unsupported format, to name a few reasons. 

Click View

This will open up the errored invoices.  You can see the error in the Receiver Notes column 

You can click on the image to see what was uploaded

To clear the error, click on the OID number

Click Save

Now there are only (5) remaining

To note: to correct the errors, you would need to either upload the actual invoice or supported format.  Additionally, for all vendors who are setup electronically, we should not upload their electronic invoices in the image inbox.
