How to Clear Flags for Make Ready Dates on Availability & Exposure in Olympus Bi-Analytics

We are building out flags  and/highlighting areas to help you and your team identify standouts.

In this example, if you come across a flag on your Availability or Exposure drill through page:

This flag means that the scheduled Make-Ready date in Onesite is in the past, but the unit hasn't been marked ready in OneSite.

The benefit behind adding this flag:   The scheduled Make-Ready date is the date that feeds to AIRM and all ILS partners as the date the unit is available to lease.  Essentially the day it hits the Market.  Something needs to be corrected in OneSite.

For Unit 08-3050 - Make-Ready Date in OneSite is 7/18/2024 and it is now 7/23/2024.   The unit has not been marked ready in OneSite.  AIRM thinks this unit has been available for 5 days now and is proposing rents accordingly.

Action Needed:

  1. If the unit is ready: We need to mark the unit ready in OneSite.  Once the update is made, the flag will be cleared in Olympus BI-Analytics the following day.

  2. If the unit is not ready:  We need to adjust the scheduled Make-Ready date in OneSite to the new expected Make-Ready date.  Once the update is made, AIRM & the ILS Partners will be updated & the flag will be cleared in Olympus BI-Analytics, the following day.
