How to Create a Group of Reports to Run Automatically or on Demand

Go to Administration > Reports, SDE and Tasks > Scroll down to Groups

 

New Group > Name the Group > You can choose on Demand or Recurring


This example, we want the reports to run automatically, each day, at 6:00 AM

 

 

Now that the group is created you will want to add the reports to the group

 

Locate the report > Click More > Click Add to Group

 

 

Select the group you want to add the report to > Adjust Format/Parameters as needed > Save

 

 

 

The system will begin generating these reports daily and will store them here for the group we just created
