How to Add or Remove Amenity Assignments in OneSite

Go to the Menu > Administration 

 

 

 

Go Leasing and Rents > Other > Setup > Maintain site amenities

 

 

Click the Units > Check the box to assign the amenity to the Unit / Uncheck to remove the Assignment > Save

 

 

A few things to note:

The amenity name to the left is the name that will appear on your Market Rent Evaluation Reports and in AIRM

The Marketing name to the right is what will be displayed in Online Leasing, Website, ILS - **IF** The Display box to the left of it is 'Checked'

It's always best to assign amenities at the unit level and not assign to the floorplan

 

 

If you don't see the amenity available for you to assign, you will need to submit a ticket in the Olympus Support Desk
