These instructions are for team members with Business Manager and above access. 

Go to System Configuration > User Administration

Type in the name and change from Starts with to Contains > Click Search

Check the box next to their name > Click Reset Password

There is no confirmation that pops up, but the page will refresh, and the box will be unchecked.  The password is reset to the default password of their birthdate, and they'll receive link via email.   The format for their birthdate is MMDDYYYY.
